Description of Accident: Aircraft was hand propped and taxied into another aircraft.
Description of Damage: Right wing, left wing, left wing strut, fuselage, and prop.
Location of Aircraft: AvTech Services, Inc. - Kent, WA, 253-639-1212
Remarks: Aircraft logs go back to February, 1954 and Engine logs go back to 1950. Appears the aircraft did not fly from 1963 to 1980.
