Back in 2011 I joined while purchasing a '46 J3 / C85 on Edo 1320's. We enjoyed that Cub for 5 years and when it needed fabric and engine rebuild, sold it as a project. Not a day passed that we did not miss having that Cub. This last week we finally replaced it with a '40 J3 / C65 on wheels. Along with this flying cub came a partial experimental J3 project (fuselage, disassembled wings and lots of miscellaneous parts). Current plan (it changes hourly) is to install a 0200 on the Cub and put it on 1320's. I always appreciated the back and forth of ideas, thoughts and opinions shared by this group and sincerely look forward to reengaging.
