looking for help/advice on my Dad's cub.

engine stopped and the cub "landed" somewhat hard circa 1978. frame was repaired/modified from J3 to PA11 (cowling, etc.) but the plane was never reassembled. time, cash flow, etc., was always in the way.

no fabric on fuselage, rudder, elevator, etc.. fabric on wings looks marginal/dirty. has engine (85 hp) and prop. new windscreen and PA11 style cowling.

has most parts and pieces but many items missing or lost. Dad has had several ministrokes and two of his friends that had helped in the past have since died. parts kept getting shuffled back and forth from garage to pole barn to shop to garage, etc.

basically, Dad doesn't remember where some of it is and the others have died.

although i would love to get it flying, i have passed up on various opportunities to get my license and do not think it will happen as i approach retirement.

would prefer to sell it as a project and not part it out.

do i start a photo album to catalog everything?
