Inner Tubes?

I as most new cub owners found out the hard way about keeping my tires inflated to the proper pressure. After looking everywhere I finally bit the bullet and bought a new inner tube for $120.00.
I have now found these inner tubes does anyone know if they would work? Ultralight tubes for 8 inch alum Azusa wheels and tires. 480/ 400 - 8" tubes for ultralights. Fits the common 8" high by 4" wide cast aluminum wheel.
