Hi!
I am doing partial overhaul on my 1943 Continental O-170-3 (A-65-8s) s/n: 2542438s-AF-43-148982 which I bought this year. This engine was demounted from an L4 and stored since 1957. Engine is in good condition all parts are original. I need to replace only the piston rings and center and rear main bearings.
Question is where I can get set of 4 piston rings for these old pistons? I found only 3 rings sets for later pistons on internet.
