Ed Fisher, Whiteplains Airpark, Gilbert, SC is rebuilding a J-3 which had been shut down for an annual 20 years ago and remained in a hangar since. We acquired it about a year and a half ago. The wings only needed a few rib repairs. Fuselage was good. Fuselage was blasted and epoxy primed. It had an A75 with it which I am not using.

Current status
I acquired a newly rebuilt and never run C-85-12F with O-200 Crank conversion, New flow balanced LyCon Cylinders, new lightweight starter, alternator, new mags and new carb. (I have it stored in my house to prevent corrosion)
Installing Grove Brakes
Floorboard installed
Interior has been covered and painted.
Ed is almost finished covering the fuselage. Wings are ready for recovering.
I will probably use the starter with a battery and no alternator

I am needing the following parts. If anyone has any suggestions where I should get them, I would appreciate it:
Old Cub type Mag Switch (I plan to use a push button for starter)
Trim Crank Handle
Complete set of tail brace wires (Univair has them at $167 ea...4 required!)
Front Seat Sling
Cub Style Instruments: Airspeed, Altimeter, Oil Temp/Oil Pressure and Compass
Prop: Any suggestions appreciated. I think my engine will produce over 100 HP.
