I have a set of wing tanks supposedly for a J-3 cub, 12 gals each. These were purchased at Sentimental Journey about 12 years ago. These are for a wood spar wing, 1941 era. Can anyone identify the manufacturer and is there paperwork available or must I seek a field approval?

I have sent pictures to Wag-aero, univair and boys in Vermont. Wag said not theirs, univair not theirs and Vt. no help! Might these tanks be Clarence Witte or Ross Carbonaire.

The wings are ready for tanks and I need help with ID ing these beautifully constructed tanks!
