"Special" Equipment

I recieved my Build report from Clyde Smith and all matched up, but there was one thing I didnt understand.

Under the Equipement line it just said "Special"

I send an e-mail to Clyde about it and the data plate issue I mentioned before, but he did not reply to the "special" question.

Do any of you might know what it means?
