I am a new Cub owner and I am replacing my front seat sling because of a tear. I have purchased a new canvas sling however it did not come with any cord to lace it. The old lace it badly freyed so I would also lake to replace it. I think the old lace is 4mm twisted cotton cord. Do I have to use this again to be legal or can I use nylon cord? Would 550 para cord work? Also is there a diagram somewhere that shows the proper way to lace a sling? Thank you all so much. As a new owner I cannot tell you how valuable this site has been.☺
