I mentioned that a local pilot and boat awning specialist had made a custom sling and some shock covers for me. I understand he just finished a Cessna 195 project.

I am picky about seat slings - they cannot be white, must be heavy cotton duck, need to fit the original mount, and laced from the top, not to mention protecting my coccyx from that bellcrank. Simon did the best yet.
