I'm considering purchasing a 1940 J3 with an A75H-8F Continental and want to add radio, intercom and a mount for a Garmin 196. I soloed in a J3 from Zahns airport in 1966, and owning one has been a dream for years, but realize I know NOTHING about adding electrics - especially when I read posts about shielded and unshielded spark plugs.

I appreciate any information anyone has that can guide me.
