Hello All,
I have just recently purchased an L4, this is my third Cub I have brought over the years and am looking for some information on the nose art.
it has in very faded writing “Puddle Jumper” and a picture of a turtle with tires for feet, apparently this cam from a picture in a US magazine and was copied on to a transfer and put on the side of the aircraft.
i was wondering if any one on here would know of it’s history, the magazine or the original picture it would have came from would be appreciated

Thanks

Neil
