That's Mike Klingenger who at one time had "KlingAir". Mike was a welder and welding inspector for the "big boys" up in Wichita. Many years ago when I stopped in to see his operation, he had a half dozen Cub frames (J2's, J3's and PA-18) in for repair. On top of that he was selling experimental Cub kits. A nice guy who used to be very active with Cubs. Sorry to see he's selling out.
