We finally have everything done and the L-4 is ready to fly now. However during the final control check we noticed that the trim indicator is way off. When the stab is neutral the indicator is all the way forward. Is there a way to repair this without having to recover the fuselage? :)

The heat index at the airport was 105 degrees yesterday and gusty crosswinds from nearby thunderstorms. May get a chance to fly her today if I can come up with a temporary back cushion and some kind of holder for my hand held radio. We filled the tank yesterday, ran the engine and checked for leaks and oil pressure.
