Hanger Rent

I'm wondering what hanger rent runs at other ports. We have 10 year old T-hangers, sliding doors, one electrical outlet and a light. Some new T-hangers with electric bi-folding doors are in the works and I've heard they will rent for $200 and that rent for us in the older hangers will go to $150.
