I have a hangar that is open on Winchester Regional Airport. Winchester (OKV) is west of Washington D.C., and is well outside the ADIZ. It is not towered, and is in the foothills near the Blue Ridge Mountains. A beautiful area to fly.

I need to sublease the hangar for up to 6 months between now and May of next year (when my Cub will move back into it). I am in the military, stationed overseas and can't get back to move my Cub into it before then.

The hangar is all metal, with an electric bi-fold door and a personal entrance door too. It has electricity and lighting inside, and a concrete floor. The hangar door is 40'6" wide and 12' high. (plenty of room for a CUB,...even a C-182 will fit easily). The hangar is a T-hangar, and is 32 feet deep. It faces west and is on the outer row of hangars.

Price is $280 a month, but I would negotiate for a Cub owner.
