Floats for J3 with C-85

Whats involved in getting a J3 with C-85 running with floats? What is good set of floats to buy, and how much do they cost now? What do I have to do to my Cub to put them on? Is it significant change to the J3 to install floats? I don't have float connections on the frame. Is there any place in MA or southern NH to get a float rating?
