Okay took some pictures and thought I'd ask for any opinions if one could repair a leaking tube. It leaks where the brass tube connects to the rubber tube, when it is all tight and there are no tears in the rubber. My thoughts, stick an oil ring underneath the washer or apply some sort of rubber cement (if there is such a thing that will hold)?

I actually have 2 doing this. But don't worry I have good ones on the airplane, just wondering if there is a way to repair these since they are good when they work, thereby having spares for this rare part that seems to be disappearing.
