Electrical system/ ads-b

Hey everyone,

I wanted to see if there were any STC type modification for a 85hp L4 that would allow an electrical system? We are thinking about purchasing this plane but have no idea what a general cost would be to have a complete electrical system installed? We are based in southern CA at KSNA and need a system to navigate the airspace. Also, anyone have a plan in place for getting these planes compliant with ADS-B? Appreciate any help or insight.
