Cub Engine Info needed

Can anyone help with some info on Cub engines? What is the typical time between major overhaul for the A-65? How long can an A-65 sit without running before damage is done (assume the engine is in a hangar)? How do you verify that an engine has been "preserved?" What are "excellent" compression readings for the A-65? What compressions readings would indicate trouble? How much does a major overhaul of the A-65 cost? When estimating the value of an aircraft, do you subtract the time already logged on the engine (e.g. if the time between overhaul is 1000 hours and 500 hours has already been logged, do you decrease the value of the engine by 50% of the overhaul cost?)
