Can a wood spar J3 have flaps added? Is there an STC? I know, I know, why?! I have an old J3 duster that has a large engine and thought I might entertain the thought of flaps when I rebuild. This is not a hanger queen and has already been hacked up, so I won't be ruining nice Cub. Just food for thought. Jon
