I recently purchased a NOS wind generator from "General Armature" that was built in the early 40's and designed for the L4's in WW2. It has been tested and the bearings have been replaced with sealed units. The unit puts out 24V with a small aluminum prop. Has anyone installed this type of generator and can share a wiring diagram. I know I will need to install a potentiometer and a battery. Where should I mount it? I have seen batteries installed in front of the front seat. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to get it installed.
