Probably not for the Cub restorer, but if any of you are building or know someone building an aluminum homebuilt this tool is really handy. Just drill a pilot hole "the hole for the screw being used" then put the center mandrel in that hole and it drills the two rivet holes in perfect position, also countersinking the hole if desired.
