Hey everyone. I went to reinstall my trim cable after having removed it about 5 years ago. Absolutely nothing has changed regarding the spacing between the crank pulley and the Jack screw pulley.
I managed to get the cable on, but holy cow it was difficult. It is quite tight, and that's without having the phenolic block installed yet up by the cockpit area.
I measured the cable and it is 308 3/4" circumference. The cable Univair sells is 308 5/8" circumference, so it's smaller.
I honestly don't remember what it was like 5 years ago, but I feel that I would have noticed if it was this tight! Anyone have any thoughts? I suppose I should add that this is without any tension added with the tensioner at the yoke.
