I have a set of unused PA-18 tail feathers hanging in the shop. I was wondering how they would work on a J-3, especially if I continued with a 65 horsepower Cont. I can imagine that it becomes more sensitive in pitch, but how much. If anyone has seen a J-3 with PA-18 tail feathers or flown such, what was your opinion. I'd appreciate knowing. Thanks!
