small drogue chute to reduce ground looping....???

Here's a thought.....

as you're just touching down...deploying a small drogue chute off the tail.....keeping a force on the rear of the aircraft, to keep it aligned in the direction of travel and preventing the tail from swinging around and ground looping....hmmmm. Might this be actually feasible??
