I think I already know the answer to this, but here goes-----

Can a Scott 3200 be mounted on a J3 without paperwork?
Are there any pre October 1955 field approvals for the Scott 3200?
STC's?

Can Cleveland brakes and 6" rims be mounted on a J3 without paperwork?
Pre October 1955 field approvals?
STC's that don't require scrapping the existing Clevelands and buying Univair?
