Replacing wheel bearings in a 3-24B tailwheel I acquired for my 46 J-3 Cub project. Ordered new bearing seal for inside bearing from Univair. They do not show one for the outside Diagram shows some kind of ring that is part of a hubcap kit. I have the hubcap, but need to know what that ring is. My guess is its maybe some kind of seal held by the hubcap. Help please.
