I replaced the Heath tailwheel on my L-4B with a real nice Scott 3-24B. This made a big difference in ground handling. The problem now is I need a Form 337 to make it legal at annual time which is coming up soon. Has anyone used the Cub Club 337 and is it specific to the 3-24B or is it for the model 2000?
If anyone out there has a copy of a 337 showing installation of the 3-24B on the J-3 or the L-4 that I could get a copy from, I would be glad to pay you for a copy.
