Need a copy of 337 for PA-11 Struts on J-3

I've done a search and find mixed comments concerning if I need a 337 for putting PA-11 sturts on a J-3 or just a logbook entry. I'll obviously go along with what my IA says. Just trying to be prepared, so does anyone have a 337 for installing PA-11 struts on a J-3 that I could get a copy of? I have all new PA-11 Univair sealed struts. Thanks
