Greetings from Texas,
I am in the middle of a research project and could use some help. Some years ago I saw a photo in a magazine of a Piper Cub landing on the roof of a houseboat. To launch and retrieve the Cub the man's wife would run the houseboat into the wind and he would match speed and set down or lift off. I believe the short article was call The Worlds Smallest Aircraft Carrier. Dose anyone else remember this, or better yet, have a photo of the Cub sitting on the houseboat? I have been looking and am having no luck.
Enjoying the forum, just joined tonight and still exploring.
