I have a 41 J-3 and am in the process of replacing the lower door. The new lower door has a handle on the inside as well as the outside. I like the idea of the outside handle but there seems to be one drawlback. When the door is open the outside handle will contack the fabrick and I think could cause damage in the future. I am looking into some kind of bumper on the door but wondering if anyone has ever had the same condition. If so do you have pic's showing how you remedied the problem.
