I am close to finishing the interior fabric installation on a 46 J3. I have two questions.
1. I had the Cub Clues where Clyde explained the headliner installation in the rear corners where the overhead braces attach. I have done that once before about 5-6 years ago, but things are too foggy now. If anyone has that article, a copy of that page would be great. Or if you had your own pictures that showed that detail, I would appreciate it.
2. I haven't covered a J3 before, but on my PA 11 I applied two inch tape around the door opening and plan on doing the same on this project. The '11 has interior panels so the tape wasn't an issue. I notice most posts on here showing the interior painted first and then the outer fabric attached and painted. I can't figure out a satisfactory sequence to apply the tape around the door, if the interior is covered and painted before the outside.
