L-4 Serial Numbers

Good day all, does anyone know if there is a list of serial numbers for L-4s. I am trying to track down some information on one (history etc).

Also besides the data plate, where on the aircraft would serial numbers (military serial numbers) be found. I have read that these are stamped on tubing, but where?
