New to this forum. I just bought an L-4 this week. Mine is similar to Rocket's. She came off the assembly line in 1939 as a J-3. At some point she was storm damaged and the fuselage was replaced with an L-4. She is painted in WWII colors and has an 85 hp engine and 8 gallon aux tank in left wing. I am currently working on a new, more authentic WWII paint scheme. Where should I look for the "s/n on the overhead fuselage tubing"?
