Hello all,

First off, I am not restoring a Cub, but I am replicating a Golden Age racer that was powered by a Continental A-40. I know, I know... an A-40 racer? Well, it grossed about 650 lbs., 16 ft span, 15 ft length. This airplane was the Hansen Baby Bullet # 2, NR282W. The pics I have seem to show that the sort-of conical cylinder fairings from a J-2 were mounted, probably came from the same airplane as the engine. Does anyone have any fairly large pics of the louvered style of cylinder fairings as installed on a J-2?

Thanks in advance,

Chris Kinnaman
