Just been reading the posts and deliberating fro a while. I had 10 hours of instruction in an 85 horse J-3 a few years ago. Had to stop as I couldn't get up there enough with a work change. Also my size 13's rubbed a bit between the front seat (I'm 6'5" and at the time 265, so I was always in the back). I really enjoyed the J-3 outside of my big dogs though. I'm going LSA

I've read sIde-by side Pipers have a bit more room. I am pondering a J-4, Vagabond, or going the Wag Aero route. For Wag Aero I'd look at a traditional Wag-a-Bond- or maybe a Wag-a-Bond with Sport Trainer wings for an ersatz J-4?

I might do a project. Dad always said a man should learn a trade, so I've pondered maybe a trip to vo-tech for A&P, auto mechanics, or both.

Whatever I do, I must fit in it! So never having been around a side-by side, comments are more than welcome.
