Looked at a newly restored J-3 that the owner detailed nicely, except... The panel included a large slip indicator that was installed below the B-16 compass. Didn't take a photo of it, but it was much larger than the ones usually seen in a Cub. Got me to thinking about why a slip indicator in a J-3 is necessary at all. I'd hazard a guess that most of today's Cubs have one, including mine. Gary
