Installing a 46' J-3C -65 Rear Seat Sling Question !

First off, The 1/8" welding rods loops that attach from the bottom cross brace of the Fuselage
to the rear Seat Sling cross tube are missing on my project !

So if I had the measurement ( from a J-3 that has a rear sling already installed ) from the rear Sling Cross tube
to the front of the Seat cross tube brace that bolts to the Fuselage sides, I could establish what
is needed to make-up the welding rod loops !
