The good news is that it fit in the jig with very little coaxing. Had to cut a few pieces of the lower longeron out not due to rust but because they welded braces over the tubing back in the 50's. Also, notice the break in tubing in the weld by the rear stabilizer attach. Looks like it had been that way for a while. I guess that is why it is a good idea to take the fabric off every 20 years even if it looks good.
