From what I can tell, there does seem to be some movement around axing the 3rd class for, well, as far as I can tell, the kind of flying I do.

For the folks that have been following this closer, what are the restrictions that would remain in place? Like anything under 6K lbs goes, but no multi or IFR, etc?

Also, if this really gets traction, how soon could it go into effect?
