Floorboards and Scott brakes

Any suggestions on measurements for cutouts of forward and aft rudder pedals, forward brake pedals, forward rectangle at the center of fuselage. The previous floorboards seem to be a good start but measurements vary for each cutout. Also, can not come to a conclusion on where to place brake pedals. Previous owner had them positioned with the connecting rod outside of the front seat. I like more with the connecting rod under the front seat. Any help is greatly appreciated! Patrick.
