Fish Hook to Lightning Bolt?

I believe the change was made in '40 from the fish hook on the side of the fuse to a lightning bolt. Anyone know when? My manufacture date is 20JUN1940, and we're getting ready to put a new boot cowl on (old one was in TERRIBLE shape) and with the way my bolt is now, I could easily make a fish hook instead.
