I had a set of outstanding eyebrows on my Cub with a rolled front side and the "T" riveting on the attach points for over 700 hours, but my left one finally began cracking along the leading edge (front). The repair then started cracking too.

Yes, you guessed it, C-90 engine with a metal prop.

I bought a new one from UNIVAIR, and it started cracking within 50 hours of flying. I looked and called Wag, but theirs are all "original style: and do not have any reinforced rolled front either.

I am not too worried about "authentic" eyebrows if they keep cracking. Besides, I'm running a metal prop and a C-90 out front. I just am trying to keep from having to re-rivet my eyebrows all the time.

Anyone with a C-90/C-85 found a good supplier? I have seen the adds for Iron Works, but I don't know how well they last. Same with the Falcon Air out of the Czech Republic. It sounds good, but any experience with these or another good supplier?

Jon
