Crankshaft Oiul Seal problem

Have 20 hours on a "Stroker 85" engine (O200 crank, rods, pistons) and am having massive problems with the front crankshaft seal leaking profusely. In 15 minutes or so the windshield is covered with oil. Changed seal three times and complied with Continental SB M76-4. Any ideas would be appreciated.
