What is the deal with doing this? Is it legal to just do the turtledeck and have it fall under the Type Cert? is it a field approval deal.....does anyone have drawings available? I'd like to do the L4 glass (maybe) just wondering what hoops I need to jump through. I tried searching looking for issues/differences between J3 and L4 fuselage. There are a lot of posts, but nothing definitive on a conversion from J3 to L4 as far as legality (at least that I've seen)
