Annual Condition Inspection Requirements
1. An A/P or I/A can perform an Annual Condition Inspection on a SLSA aircraft, as long as he has permission from the Manufacture, in the form of a Letter of Authorization for that S/N Aircraft.
2. NOTE: In some manuals (Cub Crafters) it states that Major Repairs, and Condition Inspections can only be performed by the manufacture.
There for, you can not do this without a Letter of Authorization from the manufacture.
3. You must have on hand, the Maintenance Manual for the aircraft S/N that you are working on. Not a Shop Manual, you must have the Manual for each aircraft, since these Manuals are S/N Specific
