Wing to fuselage bolt torque?

My A&P mechanic wants/needs to know the torque value for the bolts that attach the wing spars to the fuselage. This is for a PA-11. AN5-16 bolts. I had to remove the wings to truck the plane from Texas to California and have reassembled it, but need the torque value. Anybody have an answer?
