it is time to put in the windshield and side windows into NC55100. What is the collective wisdom about to seal or not to seal and if yes, where and with what? I will go search the archives too.

It seems that what is happening is that some of you say, the thing will leak, but then you shouldn't be flying in precip except on rare occasions, and that the Cub should be hangered when it isn't flying, so why put a bunch of gunk in.

It seems to me that there is some small movement of the windows without bedding them with something..even a dab or two of RTV in several "spots," enough to hold the window from moving, but not so much that you can't easily get the plexi out when it needs replacement-might be a good thing??

What say you all?
