I had to go up to Ft Detrick VA facility this morning to get my VA hearing aids worked on. They're the absolute best quality you know-NOT!
While I was there, I decided to go to the Commissary and I saw something that disturbed me. Ft Detrick, as you may know is home to the Army's Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases- USAMRIID. You know, like in the movie "Outbreak".
Naturally, most of the people who go to the Commissary there are USAMRIID people. While I was taking the tour, I noticed that a large portion of one of the aisles was empty. That is unusual as they keep the place pretty well stocked. That section was bottled water.
Now if USAMRIID people are buying the Commissary out of bottled water, it might be a good time to start thinking about buying bottled water!
